Position Overview
We are seeking a Performance Marketer with a knack for promoting digital marketing services and training packages. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, with expertise in engaging audiences across India and international markets. This hybrid role requires the ability to work collaboratively while leveraging both online and offline strategies to expand our reach.
- Promote Chiramel Ventures’ digital marketing services to businesses and organizations in India and international markets.
- Market our digital marketing training packages to professionals, students, and corporates globally.
- Develop and execute targeted performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Build and nurture a pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversion.
- Analyze campaign performance data to optimize strategies for improved ROI and client acquisition.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to craft compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for promotion and differentiation.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools to ensure cutting-edge campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, business development, or sales.
- Strong proficiency in performance advertising tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Familiarity with international marketing trends and cross-border campaign strategies.
Preferred
- Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint.
- Experience in promoting digital services or training packages.
